What to Include in Your Message

Frequently Asked Questions

How soon will someone get back to me?

You’ll receive a reply within 12–24 hours. Most messages are answered the same day.

Do you charge for quotes or site visits?

No. We offer free quotes and site visits. For very small or low-budget projects, we may decline if it’s not the right fit, but there is no charge.

How do I add videos?

Yes, you can call Rob directly. If he’s busy or on-site, he will return your call as soon as possible.

Do you need plans before giving a quote?

If you don’t have plans yet, we can still meet you and discuss the project. A full Bill of Quantities (BOQ) can only be provided once drawings are available.

Can you work with my current architect?

Yes. We work with any architect or engineer you’ve chosen and keep communication open throughout the project.

Do you meet clients in person before starting?

Yes, always. A site visit or in-person meeting is part of our process to make sure we understand your goals clearly.

Do you take on projects outside Cape Town?

Yes. We serve all of Cape Town and the surrounding areas, and we also take on full projects in the Eastern Cape.

How do I know if my project is the right size for you?

We focus on mid- to high-end residential work. If you’re building a new home or doing a large renovation or extension, we’re a great fit.

Can I request references or past project details?

Yes. We can share completed project examples and connect you with past clients or architects if needed.

What if I’m still deciding between builders?

That’s perfectly fine. You’re welcome to ask questions, request cost estimates, or arrange a meeting to see if we’re the right match for your project.
