The company was started by Rob Hayter, who has been building homes and managing projects since 1991. Over the years, he has completed more than 300 houses, lodges, and large building projects across South Africa.

Rob began his career in 1985 with Murray & Roberts, one of South Africa’s leading construction groups. After gaining experience on major projects, he started Bayview Construction in the 90s.
